Shipping policy
At Art Craft Zone, we carefully package and ship each handcrafted item to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons or for custom orders, processing may take 3-5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Shipping Methods & Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

International Shipping (Worldwide)
We ship to customers worldwide! International orders are shipped via USPS International, DHL, or FedEx International.
Shipping Times
- Canada: 7-10 business days
- Europe, UK, Australia: 10-15 business days
- Asia, South America, Africa: 14-28 business days
International Shipping Costs International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Rates typically range from $15-$50+ depending on location and order size.
Customs, Duties & Taxes International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are collected upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Customs Forms All international shipments include accurate customs declarations. We cannot mark items as "gifts" or alter declared values, as this violates international shipping regulations.
Shipping Restrictions Some countries may have restrictions on importing leather goods or tools. Customers are responsible for ensuring products can be legally imported to their country. We are not responsible for items seized or returned by customs.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. International tracking may be limited once packages enter the destination country's postal system.
Packaging Our leather goods are carefully wrapped to protect them during transit. Tools are securely packaged to prevent damage. All items include care instructions where applicable.
Delivery Issues We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, customs processing, or incorrect shipping addresses. If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us within 7 days.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund. For lost international packages, we'll file a claim with the carrier after 45 days from ship date.
Address Requirements Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address including phone number. P.O. Boxes are accepted for smaller items; larger tools may require a physical address. International orders must include the correct postal code and country.
Address Changes Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address. Please ensure your address is correct before completing your purchase.
Holidays We do not process or ship orders on major U.S. holidays. Orders placed during holidays will be processed on the next business day.
