Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Eligible Returns
- Unused tools and leather goods in original packaging
- Items with defects in materials or craftsmanship
- Incorrect items shipped
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-ordered items
- Items showing signs of use or wear
- Leather goods without original protective packaging
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or full refund.
